Welcome to Babochi LLC. By accessing our website or engaging our IT consulting, web development, and cloud infrastructure services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Company Information Babochi LLC is a registered entity in the State of Wyoming, USA, providing specialized B2B technical services, including but not limited to custom e-commerce architecture, API integrations, and proactive cybersecurity maintenance.
2. Scope of Services All services provided are digital and intellectual in nature. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Upon purchasing a one-time project (e.g., Custom Web Architecture, Server Configuration) or a monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) retainer, a detailed technical scope of work will be provided and agreed upon before deployment.
3. Payment Terms All fees are billed in USD. Full or milestone-based payments are required prior to the commencement of development or server provisioning. Monthly SLA maintenance plans are billed automatically on a recurring 30-day billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the custom software, workflows, and integrations developed by Babochi LLC. Babochi LLC retains the right to use underlying, non-proprietary code structures for future engineering purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability Babochi LLC engineers its solutions using modern coding standards and strict security protocols. However, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption, arising from third-party server failures, unauthorized external breaches, or modifications made to our code by the client or third parties post-launch.
6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
